Why Are Our Services Non-Refundable?

Once you have approved the initial concept or project brief, we begin creating personalized art, photography, or design tailored specifically to your needs. As these services are custom creations, it is not possible to offer refunds after work has commenced.

What if I’m Not Satisfied with the Final Product?

While we do not offer refunds, Vantdar is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make necessary revisions. We offer a round of revisions (based on the scope of the project) to ensure the final result aligns with your expectations.

Revisions and Adjustments
